Raised in West Texas, a dry environment that promotes excessive dust that settles on everything, Bruce and Brad (B&B) began cleaning commercial floors at a young age. And after over 30 years of experience and training, they established their own cleaning company with the help of friends and family.

Bruce Zachary, as President, is responsible for taking B&B to the level it is today. He has a great business sense and a "can do" attitude that has served the company well. His drive has put the company where it is today. He has always been a dedicated single father to his girls, who are his world.
Brad & Kelly Zachary
Married since 1981, Brad and Kelly provide critical services that help the business run smoothly. Kelly heads up the Billing Department and manages our large after-hours accounts. Brad is the Vice President and oversees all the day-to-day operations. Kelly is actually a very accomplished artist. Here is a link to her website. Her gallery will be featured in our new offices.
Carson and Brian Bailey
Carson Bailey, Bruce's oldest daughter, is our Office Manager and handles residential cleaning services. She and her husband Brian make a great team at B&B, along with their little dog Louie. Brian manages our carpet cleaning team.
Keagan and Jacob Moore
Keagan Moore, Bruce's youngest, is our Payroll Manager. She and her husband Jacob live in Beaver Dam, and travel back and forth and we love them for it. They, too, make a great team here at B&B, as well as their dog Bo. Jacob, with his winning smile, works on our day crew and is a very talented woodworker.
Jason and Evy Drennan
Since 1999, Jason and Evy have played a big part in the company. Jason is the Day Foreman and is skilled in all aspects of the cleaning service. Evy heads up our HR Department, acts as a night manager, and oversees several commercial accounts. Javrie, their oldest son, and their youngest son Jake were both raised in our offices. In many ways, they are the heart and soul of our company.
Craig Langley
Craig is the Manager of all our small construction jobs in our contracting division. There is just about nothing he can't do! His wife Jessica and his two boys, Cordell and Alex, work with us too. We are so happy to work with them. They all have an infectious positive spirit that improves any working atmosphere in a big way.
Freddy and Rachel McKinney
Freddy and Rachel ran their own business for many years in Munfordville, KY. We were very happy when they chose to join our company. Both have years of experience in all fields of commercial and residential cleaning. Freddy manages our work in Glasgow, KY.
Mickey Rizzo
Mickey is our Floor Manager and is responsible for a variety of services, especially in regards to after-hours floor-related work. We are very fortunate to have him as part of our team. His experience and gifts in quick thinking and problem-solving skills make him one of our heavy hitters. Here he is pictured with his wonderful wife of 40 years, Mary.
